Snoop Dogg Teases Possible "Up in Smoke" Tour Reunion

April 2024 · 1 minute read

Throwback to last October, when Dr. Dre expressed his desire for a full production tour across Europe. In correlation with that, Snoop Dogg tossed around line-up possibilities on a radio show interview with DJ Whoo Kid this past Friday. Specifically, he discussed a similar line-up to the 2000 Up in Smoke tour: himself, Eminem, Dr. Dre, and Kendrick Lamar instead of Ice Cube.

A reunion of that legendary tour would be a dream come true for many rap fans, both those straight out of the Straight Outta Compton hype and those simply nostalgic for late 90’s hip-hop. However, it’s yet to be confirmed, as Snoop said, “We’re trying to get it together…It’s a wish list that could possibly become a reality if all parties agree, to disagree. I’d love to make it happen. I love everybody involved.”

Here is the full interview with Snoop Dogg (tour talk starts at 3:07):
