Snakehips teases new Zayn collaboration

April 2024 · 2 minute read

It seems as if we might be getting two new Zayn songs on Friday (July 15).

Not content with releasing ‘wHo’, which is part of the Ghostbusters movie soundtrack, it appears that the ‘Pillowtalk’ singer will also be featuring on a brand new track from Snakehips.

Snakehips, a British production duo, teased new music on their Instagram earlier, which will be available on Friday. Whilst they haven’t named the vocalist that appears on the track, Zayn’s soulful vocals are instantly recognisable. Take a listen to the snippet below.

Snakehips previously hit the top 10 in 2015 with their track ‘All My Friends’, which featured Tinashe and Chance the Rapper. Earlier this year, they released a track called ‘Money On Me’, featuring Anderson Paak. We’re looking forward to some new music from them and the snippet, rumoured to be called ‘Cruel’, sounds promising. With Zayn on board, we’re hopeful that this new track will be a success for both parties.

We were already hyped for new Zayn music after a snippet of ‘wHo’ dropped earlier this week, but ‘Cruel’ has come as a total surprise! However, we’re very much ready for both and are wishing that Friday would hurry on up.
