Robin McGraw is starting off the year with one resolution about her diet. "I have a bad habit of eating a huge meal right before bedtime," Robin tells Rachael, who then asks in disbelief, "Can I ask you where you put it?" Aside from that bedtime habit, Robin focuses on taking care of herself -- both inside and out -- and the best-selling author is sharing her secrets in her latest book, *What's Age Got To Do With It? Living Your Happiest and Healthiest Life.* "I thought if I'm going to write a book about embracing your age and everything that goes with it, I need to put my age on the cover of the book," she explains about the big "55" gracing the cover. Robin has no fears about sharing the intimate details of her life, including the sensitive topic of menopause, which she embraced head-on with her husband and two sons. "I said, 'Here's the deal. Mom's in menopause,'' she recalls. "I looked at Phillip and I went, 'I'm in menopause and just because I'm a little hormonal it doesn't mean that you can get away with whatever you want, you can't blame it on the hormones!" When it comes to her beauty routine, Robin says that while she has a trainer and gets facials occasionally, most of her regimen is basic. "I do a lot at home, and you do not have to spend a fortune to do it," says Robin, as she reveals three of her top secrets. **Bag Balm** "The first thing is something I actually got from my grandmother," says Robin, as she describes her favorite solution to dry skin. "We use this Bag Balm, that you put on cow's utters, and I used it on my belly when I was pregnant and I use it still. I have really dry heels and knees and elbows. So I put this on at night." **Makeup Brushes** "You can spend like $15 to $20 to $25 for a single brush," Robin notes. "I go to the arts and crafts store! These are brushes from the arts and crafts store, they're soft and perfect." **Egg Facial** "This is my favorite facial treatment," she says, while cracking open an egg and demonstrating how to apply the yolk to your face. Let it stand for 10 minutes, rinse it off, and prepare the second treatment with the egg white by whipping it so there are soft peaks, then apply it to your face. "You leave this on as long as you want because the longer it's on, the tighter your face will get," Robin says. "When you take this off -- tight as a drum!" [Only Online!
