I'm a celebrity....Who's going in there?

May 2024 · 2 minute read

Once again, Ant and Dec will soon be bellowing ‘I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ into the hidden depths of the Australian jungle. With large batches of creepy-crawler’s at the ready, medic Bob on standby, and camp-beds made… the only thing left to do is stitch the names of the contestants onto their soft red fleeces.

But who is rumoured to be amongst this year’s group of fame-seeking celebrities?

X Factor winner James Arthur is reported to be joining the camp. With a history of Twitter spats that eventually led him to be dropped from Simon Cowell’s Syco record label, the controversial singer is sure to make great TV.

Actor Jake Wood is also said to be making an appearance in this year’s campsite. In an interview with Radio Times, Jake said that he had ‘no solid plans’ for his upcoming 12-month break from EastEnders, and was definitely up for the jungle challenge.

Several TOWIE stars are also in the pipeline. Jessica Wright may be following in her brother’s footsteps this autumn, along with Ferne McCann and Gemma Collins. That’s right! Despite her dramatic exit from the show last year, the squeamish Essex girl is reported to be returning to Australia in an attempt to overcome her fears.

Other famous names rumoured to battle it out for jungle royalty status include Spencer Matthews, former actress Leslie Ash, Louis Walsh, flame-haired presenter Anne Robinson and Paul Gascoigne.
