Cleo (Dog)
Bill Burr had a Pitbull named Cleo Renée Diego Burr. Burr adopted the dog in 2008, and she passed away in Oct 2021. A woman who worked in Burr’s office found an abandoned puppy shivering and starving by a nearby river and took it to work. Burr and his wife Nia decided to foster the poor pup… and ended up happily as a foster fail!
…Rhe dog was very complex. Had a lot of issues. Loved us. Was an absolute teddy bear i could do whatever i wanted to it. But anybody else other than like four or five people came through the door and she was just super aggressive and then it got to the point where she was trying to bite people and ended up finding this trainer, Lynne Boykey, who is business out here called Zen for Canines. And she helped
usbegin to rehabilitate her but we were never able to quite get her there and she was a very very difficult case.
