2. Splash at Garrison Creek
Located off of Natchez Trace Parkway in Franklin, TN, Garrison Creek is the perfect place to take little ones to splash. 6. Take a hike in Brentwood’s Radnor Lake
We love hiking around Radnor Lake for the shade, the paved loop, and the beautiful views of the lake. Visit on a Wednesday morning and enjoy the Barbara J. Mapp Aviary Education Center Open House from 10am-1pm.
7. Take a bike ride through the Brentwood Trail System
The City of Brentwood has a trail system of multiple marked trails along paved surfaces in many of the city’s parks such as Powell Park, Deerwood, Crockett and more. They are a great place to go walking with a stroller, biking, or roller-blading. The trails are incorporated around other areas of the park system to allow use while family or friends may be utilizing the area facilities including the YMCA, Williamson Recreation Center or Martin Center, for example. 8. Get wet at Port Royal Splash Pad

Fischer Park at Port Royal in Spring Hill, TN features a free splash pad area that is great for smaller children. The splash pad has lots of water features and is conveniently gated to make it super easy for parents to keep an eye on their kids while sitting at a nearby picnic table. The Port Royal playground is adjacent to the splash park and is the perfect spot to play when the kids are done splashing.
